Cinammon sugar keto donuts

Donuts are an amazing treat to those who have a sweet-tooth and can be enjoyed at any second of the day. They’re soft and super delicious sugar coated savouries that can be relished on a keto-diet too! Keto donuts are made of almond flour and erythritol sweetener for a low-carb experience.

Ingredients –

1 cup almond flour

¾ cup erythritol

2 eggs

2 tsp low-carb baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

¼ cup butter, melted

¼ cup almond milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp butter, melted


Directions –

  1. Preheat the oven to 177 degrees C (350 degrees F)
  2. Add almond flour, ¼ cup erythritol, 1 tsp cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add in the ¼ cup butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract and whisk well.
  4. Fill the batter 3/4th into each donut cavity in a donut tray.
  5. Make six donuts.
  6. Bake for half an hour until the donuts are golden brown.
  7. Cool them and set aside.
  8. In a bowl, stir the remaining ½ cup erythritol and cinnamon along with the 3 tbsp melted butter.
  9. Brush both the sides of the donuts with butter and press them in the cinnamon mixture coating them evenly on both sides.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
