Keto chocolate chip cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are a fantastic treat to munch on whenever you’re bored, hungry, or simply want to have a lighter dessert. Keto chocolate chip cookies are very similar in looks and taste just like ordinary chocolate chip cookies. They are easy to prepare with just a few budget-friendly ingredients!

Ingredients –

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp erythritol

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp keto-friendly oil (coconut oil, recommended)

2-4 tsp low-carb chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

2-3 tsp keto-friendly milk

 

Directions –

  1. Preheat the oven to 163 degrees C (325 degrees F).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, salt, baking soda, and chocolate chips.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in the oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well to form a dough.
  5. Shape into cookies as per your desire and place them on a cookie tray. Make 5 large cookies or 10 small cookies.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool the cookies for an additional 10 minutes to ensure their crispiness.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
