Keto garlic bread with cheese

A low-carb garlic bread makes use of the popular fathead dough and is super simple to prepare. It is light, fluffy, and can be eaten satisfactorily as dinner or side-dish.


2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cups almond flour

1 egg

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp garlic

1 tbsp garlic, crushed

1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp baking powder

Salt to taste


Directions –

  1. In a microwave- safe bowl, add 1.75 cups cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well and microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Stir again and microwave for another 20-30 seconds.
  4. Add in the egg and stir the mixture to form a dough.
  5. Place the dough on a baking tray and give it your desired shape.
  6. Cut into 10 slices.
  7. In a small bowl, mix butter, 1 tsp parsley and 1 tsp garlic.
  8. Brush the top of the garlic bread with this mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the bread with the remaining cheese.
  10. Bake the garlic bread at 425F for 15 minutes.
  11. Once the bread turns golden brown, remove.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
