Keto garlic chicken

A low-carb keto-friendly garlic chicken makes a wholesome and delicious dinner for anybody on the keto diet. It brings out a wonderful combination of flavours along with juiciness of tender and creamy chicken and garlic. Who says you can’t enjoy a keto diet?

Ingredients –

1 pound boneless chicken pieces (or) 6 chicken thighs with skin-on

2 tbsp olive oil (or) 4 tbsp salted butter

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp grounded white pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

5 garlic cloves, minced

1tbsp rosemary, chopped (optional)



  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F)
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and leave aside.
  3. Add 2 tbsp butter to a non-stick frying pan and brown the chicken thighs. Place the chicken aside on a baking dish.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter, garlic, and rosemary and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken and bake for 35-40 minutes to cook the chicken perfectly.
  6. Serve and enjoy!


No oven alternative –

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on medium flame.
  2. Add the boneless chicken and season with salt, pepper, and the Italian seasoning.
  3. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and cooked perfectly.
  4. Add in the garlic along with the butter and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
