Keto ice-cream

No, you do not have to sacrifice eating ice creams while on a keto diet! Instead, you can make your own home -made low-carb ice-cream, smooth and creamy for a delicious keto-friendly dessert.

Ingredients –

2 cups full-fat canned coconut milk

1/3 cup erythritol

1/8 tsp salt

1.5 tsp vanilla extract


Directions –

  1. Stir all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Freeze the mixture in an ice-cube tray.
  3. Blend the frozen cubes in a high-speed blender.
  4. If you’re using a regular blender, thaw them enough to be able to blend them without damaging the blender.
  5. Serve and enjoy!


Note- You’re more than welcome to add in your desired flavours in step 1 for a different ice-cream flavour.
