Keto pan-fried meatballs

Tender and juicy meatballs are known to be anybody’s go to dish after a hectic day, or even a lazy day! They’re soft, delicious, and lusciously toothsome to the soul. A keto version of one’s all-time favourite pan-fried meatballs are a wonderful substitute with the right amount of carbs and other nutrients to make up for the keto diet. They taste and look just as good as ordinary meatballs.


½ pound ground beef chuck

½ pound ground pork or turkey

¼ cup grated cheese (parmesan cheese recommended)

1 large egg

¼ cup heavy cream

2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1 tbsp onion, grated and mushed

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 tbsp olive oil (or any keto-friendly oil)

2 cups of your favourite keto-friendly sauce



  1. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  2. Add beef, pork, garlic clove, cheese, parley, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form 12 meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
  4. Cook the meatball for approximately 8-10 minutes turning them occasionally.
  5. Once the sides are golden, remove and place them on a paper towel.
  6. Heat the sauce in the pan and pour over the meatballs.
  7. Garnish the meatball with parsley.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
