Keto pancakes with almond flour

Low-carb keto pancakes are a great way to start your mornings. They’re light, fluffy, and provide you with the right amount of energy to go about with your daily routine. Keto pancakes made with almond flour are super delicious making it impossible to distinguish them from the normal flour pancakes.

Ingredients –

2/3 cup almond flour

2 large eggs

2-3 tbsp erythritol

2 oz cubed cream cheese

1 tbsp water

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp butter

Keto friendly syrup (optional)


Directions –

  1. Crack in the eggs to a blender.
  2. Add in the water, cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Set the batter aside for a few minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter on a pan over medium flame.
  6. Pour in 3-4 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. You should be able to make 6 pancakes.
  7. As you see bubbles forming, flip the pancake over.
  8. Cook until each side is browned.
  9. Have your pancakes with butter or any keto friendly syrup if you wish to.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
