Keto stir fry chicken with veges

The low-carb stir fry chicken is loaded with loads of healthy vegetables and deliciously seasoned chicken making up a quick keto-friendly meal at any instant. They’re filling, wallet-friendly and super easy to make for savouring a strict keto diet.


1 pound chicken breasts, cut into thin slices or bite-size chunks

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp low-carb soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp keto-friendly oil

½ cup onion, diced

2 cups broccoli florets

½ cup bell pepper, diced

1 cup mushroom, diced or sliced

2 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes



  1. Marinate the chicken in garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar and refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and cook the onions until translucent.
  3. Toss in the broccoli and bell peppers and sauté for a few more minutes.
  4. Remove and set aside. Keep them warm for a better final dish.
  5. Drain the chicken from the marinade and keep the marinade asides for later use.
  6. Heat a little more oil on the pan over heat flame and cook the chicken for approximately 4 minutes.
  7. Ensure the chicken pieces are cooked perfectly.
  8. Add in the fried vegetables to the pan along with the remaining marinade.
  9. Toss in the mushrooms, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  10. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
