Low-carb broccoli and cheese fritters

Broccoli and cheese fritters are the perfect grab and go snack that can easily be prepared to fit into a strict keto diet. They’re rich, wholesome and super tasty, made with your favourite cheese and fresh broccolis to enhance the nutritional value.

Ingredients –

3.5 cups broccoli florets, chopped

1 cup shredded cheese

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

2 eggs

¼ cup almond flour

1 tbsp keto-friendly oil (your favourite)

Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Cut fresh broccoli crowns and stems into small pieces. Steam these pieces and drain excess water, drying them with paper towels.
  2. Coat the broccoli pieces with almond flour and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Crack in the egg and add the cheese. Stir to get a well-combined mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame. Swirl the oil to coat the entire pan evenly.
  5. Arrange the mixture into 4 low mounds or in the shape of 4 patties.
  6. Cook each patty on one side for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns crusty brown.
  7. Flip the patty and repeat.
  8. Make and plate 4 patties with any of your desired toppings or side-dish. Serve and enjoy!
