Low-carb cheesy scrambled eggs

A keto version of this light yet filling breakfast is not just easy to make but also works as a completely satisfying meal. Low-carb cheesy scrambled eggs are fluffy, delicious and extremely flavoursome while staying true to a keto-approved diet.

Ingredients –

5 large eggs

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp butter

1 cup shredded cheese

1 tbsp fresh chives, minced

Salt to taste



Directions –

  1. Crack in the eggs in a bowl, add the cream cheese and whisk them together.
  2. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter and add in the chives on medium flame. Make sure the butter doesn’t burn.
  3. Pour in the eggs and add the shredded cheese over them.
  4. Scramble the eggs gently by using a spatula.
  5. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
