Low-carb creamy spinach stuffed chicken

The best word to describe a creamy spinach stuffed chicken would be “healthylicious”. Apart from being a low-carb dish that is keto-approved, it is also very creamy, nutritious and full of cheesy perfection.

Ingredients –

4 chicken breasts

1.5 cups fresh spinach, chopped

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)

1 tbsp keto-friendly oil

2 tbsp mayonnaise

4 ounces softened cream cheese

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic, minced

½ tsp red pepper flakes



  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F)
  2. Drizzle the chicken breasts with oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ½ tsp salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder .
  4. Sprinkle this evenly on both sides of the chicken.
  5. Cut a pocket on the side of the chicken to fill with stuffing. Set aside.
  6. In a bowl, add in the parmesan, mozzarella, mayo, cream cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, spinach, and remaining ½ tsp salt and stir well.
  7. Stuff in the spinach mixture into the chicken breasts evenly.
  8. Bake the stuffed chicken on a baking dish for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Ensure the chicken is cooked perfectly.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
