Spicy baked keto chicken wings

Chicken wings when baked have lesser carbs and calories over those that are fried. Spicy baked keto chicken wings are a great way to end or go about your day whether you’re on keto or on a normal diet. They are succulent, juicy and divinely pleasing to the tastebuds.

Ingredients –

16 chicken wings (or) drummets

1 tbsp olive oil (or your choice of keto-friendly oil)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

2/3 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper


Directions –

  1. Preheat the oven to 176 degrees C (350 degrees F)
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Dry the chicken wings and rub some oil on them.
  4. Coat the chicken well on both sides in the seasonings prepared.
  5. Place the wings on a baking dish and bake them for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip the wings over and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Turn on the oven broiler and broil the wings on low for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
